Employee Caregiver Program Series

A collaboration with AARP

An easy way to make your workplace more caregiver-inclusive.
Live, virtual programs to help employees balance their work and caregiving.

Why?

1 in 5 people in your workplace are likely caring for an adult. Over half don’t tell their supervisors about it, but all of them need  support in your workplace.

Who Can Host?

Anyone who can gather a group of 30 or more employees! Often these are ERG leaders or program managers, DEI leaders, managers leading teams, internal conference/event planners, or senior leaders.

Who Can Join?

As many as your virtual meeting platform allows. We've run programs with 30-300 people across time zones.

How Much?

Program series that are fully confirmed by July 31, 2023 are no-cost. Program delivery dates for these series can extend beyond this deadline.

Topics?

Design a series with any 3 or 5 topics.

ERG Program Manager

1 / Choose topics for your series

Each topic is designed as a 45-minute program to fit a 60-minute hosted meeting. Email us or book a call to confirm the topics/ dates you’d like, or to request our help designing your series.

2 / Invite your employees

You can use these program descriptions in your invitations. Provide them with a link to the virtual meeting platform you’ll use to host.

3 / Send a calendar invitation to your AARP Guest Expert

Send a calendar invite with the meeting link to your presenter so they know where to join you!

4 / When your program starts, welcome everyone

Your AARP Guest Expert will then share their own screen to present to your team and field Q&A.

5/ Afterwards, share resources with your team

We can create a custom landing page for you so your team has one spot to find everything for each program: your registration link, the presentation, your recording, and the free AARP resources we shared in our program.  This landing page will remain live until 2 weeks after the final program.

I'm curious!
